Spector Chiropractic has been around for a long time. My dad started his practice 1922. He waited until he was 51 to have a son, me, to take over the business. And I did so in 1975 making almost 90 years of service.
Today we offer a modern version of chiropractic which includes
physical therapy and
rehabilitation. We also offer an effective
spinal decompression technique for
low back pain and other spinal conditions. And recently, we opened a
massage practice with two therapists on staff.
When it comes to any kind of back pain, you have to consider the possibility of foot problems. The feet are the structural foundation of the body, and we conduct an electronic foot scan of all of our new patients. This scan compares the positioning of your feet to that of normal feet to detect conditions such as excessive pronation.
With all the latest equipment and technology, we design a personal treatment plan for each individual patient in a warm and pleasant family
atmosphere.
Whether you are suffering from headaches, neck, shoulder and arm pain, or low back, hip and leg pain, please avail yourself to any of these offers. Discover if safe, gentle chiropractic is the answer to the pain and symptoms you may be experiencing.
It's Your Life... Live it in Health!

Spector Chiropractic has added an SEMG
SEMG stands for Surface Electromyography. It’s not to be
confused with Electromyography (EMG) which is done with needles. An SEMG scan
is done on the surface of the skin using copper probes or sensors, no needles,
no pain.
Probes are placed on the skin
at specific levels to detect muscle activity. Misaligned vertebra, arthritic
degeneration, birth defects and other conditions/underlying diseases can cause
muscles on either side of the spinal column to be abnormally contracted. These
contractions send out an abnormal signal. The SEMG records these signals. The
strength and pattern of the all the signals is then displayed onto a computer
screen so that abnormalities can be seen and detected. The more intense the
muscle activity is, the greater the signal.

Looking at an SEMG graph of
your spine is like looking at your pain, and it’s an excellent tool for the
doctor. It pinpoints the exact areas of pain; the exact areas where problems
exist. The doctor than knows where to direct therapeutic correction.
To arrange for a complimentary
SEMG scan, call 410-321-7210.
